These Terms apply together with the starph.com Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any individual promotion or game-specific terms that may be issued from time to time. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account, deposit funds, or place any wager on the starph.com Platform. Minor Protection: If starph.com identifies or reasonably suspects that a registered Account belongs to a person under 21 years of age, the Account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Any deposits made will be returned to the originating payment method (less any bonuses utilized), and all winnings from wagers placed while underage will be voided.
The Platform is operated for and directed at players physically located in the Philippines. You represent that you are accessing the Platform from within the Philippines and that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines. Persons who have been subject to a self-exclusion order, whether voluntary through starph.com's tools or imposed through PAGCOR processes, are not permitted to register or access the Platform for the duration of the exclusion period.
To access real-money gaming features on starph.com, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information, including: (a) a valid email address; (b) a Philippine mobile number capable of receiving SMS; (c) a password of sufficient complexity as specified during registration; and (d) confirmation that you meet the age and eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the starph.com Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single person — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, starph.com will suspend all associated accounts, conduct an investigation, and may permanently close the accounts and forfeit any associated balances and bonuses.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at starph.com's discretion at any other time, Players must complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting copies of valid government-issued Philippine identification documents. Accepted documents include: UMID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, and PhilSys National ID. Proof of address may also be required. KYC documents must be authentic and clearly legible. Submission of false, altered, or fraudulent documentation constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your starph.com Account remains accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered name, address, mobile number, or email address must be reported to the support team and verified before taking effect. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your starph.com Account credentials, including your password and any one-time passcodes (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
starph.com strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) through the Account security settings panel. In the event that you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify starph.com's support team immediately via Live Chat or by email at [email protected].
starph.com will never ask for your password, OTP code, or GCash PIN through any communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from starph.com that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
Transactions carried out through your Account prior to starph.com being notified of suspected unauthorized access will be treated as authorized. starph.com accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your Account credentials.
starph.com accepts deposits via the following approved payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (via InstaPay), BDO (via InstaPay), Metrobank (via InstaPay), and UnionBank (via InstaPay). Accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time at starph.com's discretion. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet transactions (GCash, PayMaya) and ₱500 for bank transfer transactions. starph.com does not impose deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or e-wallets that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties are prohibited and may result in the suspension of your Account and return of funds to the originating payment source pending investigation.
starph.com operates a comprehensive anti-money laundering (AML) compliance program. Unusual deposit patterns or transactions that are inconsistent with a Player's stated background may trigger additional verification requirements. starph.com reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold deposits at its reasonable discretion in connection with AML compliance obligations.
Withdrawals from your starph.com Account may only be made from funds that constitute your Real Money Balance. Bonus Balance funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn. Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit where possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts at standard loyalty tier levels are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. Published processing times are targets, not guarantees.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. starph.com does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to specific loyalty tiers are communicated within the Account cashier section.
starph.com reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, including but not limited to requesting proof of payment method ownership, source of funds documentation, and confirmation of KYC information. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined pending completion of such checks. In all cases, Players will be notified of the reason for any delay.
Bonuses, free spin credits, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by starph.com are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the promotion is made available. Where no specific terms are stated, these general bonus provisions apply.
Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they may be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible game weighting, and expiry period will be specified in the promotion terms. Wagering on games with different contribution rates (e.g., live casino versus slots) affects progress toward satisfying the requirement.
Actions that constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, coordinated play with other accounts, and claiming bonuses from multiple accounts — are prohibited. starph.com reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where bonus abuse is detected.
Promotions are available to eligible Players as communicated and may be subject to geographic, time-based, or account-status restrictions. starph.com reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or replace any promotion at any time. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
All RNG-based games available on the starph.com Platform use random number generation systems that are independently tested and certified by accredited third-party laboratories. Published RTP (return to player) percentages are accurate as of the current certification period. Live dealer games use certified dealing equipment and are streamed from regulated studios.
In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or communication failure during any gaming session, starph.com reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the wager amount to the Player's Account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. starph.com accepts no liability for losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the affected wager.
Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game's interface or information panel before play commences. Table limits for live dealer games are published in the lobby and may vary by table, time of day, and loyalty tier.
All bets are subject to acceptance by starph.com. In sports betting, odds and lines are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Bets confirmed by the system are binding. In the event of a pricing error, starph.com reserves the right to void affected bets at the applicable correct odds.

This license does not permit you to: reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content; use any content for commercial purposes; or remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels.
Game titles, software engines, and associated assets made available on the Platform through third-party content providers are subject to those providers' intellectual property rights and are licensed to starph.com for distribution on the Platform. Unauthorized use of such content is prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, starph.com's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
starph.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any interruption, suspension, or termination of any service; (c) any unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account; (d) any technical malfunction, delay, or failure not caused by starph.com's direct negligence; or (e) any third-party content, services, or payment processing issues.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by starph.com is governed by the starph.com Privacy Policy, which forms part of and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
starph.com collects and processes personal data in compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Personal data is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where consent has been given — marketing communications.
You have the right to access, correct, update, and request deletion of your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act. Such requests may be submitted to [email protected]. Note that certain data retention obligations under PAGCOR licensing requirements and AML regulations may limit starph.com's ability to delete all data on request.
starph.com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, starph.com will notify registered Players by email to the address associated with their Account, and will post a notice on the Platform indicating that the Terms have been updated.
The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notification. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The gaming operations of starph.com are subject to PAGCOR's licensing conditions and applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
In the event of a dispute between you and starph.com relating to your Account or any transaction on the Platform, you should first contact the starph.com support team to seek an informal resolution. The support team aims to resolve account and transaction disputes within five (5) business days of receiving full documentation of the dispute.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal support process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR for review in accordance with applicable dispute resolution procedures under PAGCOR's regulatory framework. Any legal proceedings not resolved through the above processes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
